A Consulting Firm Shaped by the Malaysian Business Landscape

Meridium was established in Kuala Lumpur to address a specific gap in the local consulting landscape: Malaysian businesses needed considered, senior-level advisory support without the overhead and detachment of a large international firm.

Over the years, we have worked with founders navigating ownership transitions, managing directors preparing for new market entries, and leadership teams working through periods of internal realignment. Our work spans manufacturing, retail, professional services, and the technology sector — with particular depth in family-controlled enterprises and mid-market SMEs.

The name Meridium draws on the idea of a midpoint — a place of balance and perspective. This reflects how we see our role: not as decision-makers, but as thinking partners who help leadership teams reach clearer conclusions through careful questioning and structured frameworks.

We are intentionally a small firm. It means every client works directly with our senior team, and we take on engagements where we genuinely add value rather than filling a project calendar.
